Watermark University Class: Fun With Fondue…Success!

Our Business Office Associate, Jill Hunt, is a connoisseur of all things melted and dipped! Her Fondue Cooking Demonstration class is always a hit with the residents. This time she tantalized our taste buds with two new recipes. Her first being a beer/cheese fondue that features a delicious smoked gouda and a stout beer. She topped it all off with a molten chocolate fondue that pairs a delicious dark chocolate with a Kentucky Bourbon. The residents unanimously concluded that they were inspired so much by Jill’s wonderful creations, that they were going to take the recipes to their own kitchen and create some fondue too! Well done Jill!
